Funnel Cakes

These are fun!

1 egg
2/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg and add milk. Sift together salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Mix together, beat with fork until smooth. Pour batter into funnel holding finger to hole. Allow batter to run out of funnel into deep fat at 375. Make swirls in fat, starting at center. Fry until golden brown, turning over once.
