My recipes page!

I decided to post my recipes on a separate page. It will take me a while to organize everything, so please bear with me.
Just a friendly reminder. If I don't say otherwise, recipes feed my family of 8 with leftovers. So you may have to adjust accordingly.

My Grandma's Boiled Dressing

Make cornbread with no sugar (one square pan)
Crumble cornbread and mix equal amount torn bread (about 5 slices).
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 cup broth to moisten

Flour hands and keep doing so as needed. Form dressing into balls about the size of baseballs or a little smaller. I usually have boiled a chicken before this and have plenty of broth. You can use canned broth also. Drop balls into boiling broth and cook about 25 minutes. The flour should thicken to a gravy.

My Grandma made this for Thanksgiving and Christmas every year and I loved it, still do. When I got the recipe from her, she couldn't tell me measurements, so these are what I came up with. I usually double this recipe.
Enjoy!
